Selected Shakespeare scenes performed in the near dark, lit only by candlelight - that is the original concept and intimate setting of Shakespeare by Night, brought to you by Bella Debbage and Grace Smibert.

In 2018 and 2019, Shakey by Night featured over eighty local Sydney performers. Shows sold out at both Flow Studios (a large warehouse space) and The Old Fitz (a small black box theatre).

In 2020 Shakey was back with Now I am Alone: Shakespeare in Isolation and Shakespeare by Night in conjunction with the Deloraine Dramatic Society at the Deloraine Little Theatre, Tasmania.
